Replacement agreement;

In a period of 30 days commencing the first day the nanny worked QINA would still assist you if you have problems with our nannies. We guarantee a quick replacement in case of discontentment with your given nannies without any extra fee.

If the client refuses replacement, or in case the nanny resigns the work without justification QINA has no further obligation to the client and the agency fee will not be refunded.

This agreement will be effective on the day the nanny begins his/ her work with the client.
