Qualifications of a nanny to work in Canada

1. You must know how to speak English or French.

2. You must have finished a 4 year course or if not at least you have 72 units earned in college.

3. If you are applying from the Philippines a Caregiver training Certificate taken from a caregiver training school attested by TESDA.

4. You must be physically, mentally, psychologically fit to work as a caregiver/ nanny (free from communicable diseases & influence of dangerous drugs)

5. You must prove that you can work independently without supervision of the employer & unsupervised home as a caregiver for children, elderly and disabled persons.

6. No criminal records.
