Application requirements:

Be sure to complete your requirement before you submit your application.

1. QINA filled out application form.

2. One 5x7 photo of yourself taken recently, smiling photos are the best.

3. A photocopy of your valid passport, working permit or
ID if applicable.

4. A photocopy of your high school transcript & diploma.

5. A photocopy of your College / University transcript
& diploma.

6. A letter for your prospective employer " Dear future employer " - introducing yourself, your qualifications & what you can do to make your employment good & easy for the employer.

• As soon as QINA receives your documents, we will contact you by phone or by email and we will start working on your application.

• As soon as you have an employer, we will send you the contract for you to fill out and sign, and for you to know the family history of your employer.

1-All hired Applicants must submit the following Original Documents to Canadian Embassy near you for the processing of your working Visa to Canada.
please be sure that your Documents are Valid, because the Embassy Will contact the Schools and Offices where your documents come Form.

1. Form 137= From High School
2. High School Diploma
3. Collage Transcript of Record & Diploma
4. Tow passport photos taken with in 6 months
5. Your Employments Contract(If your working overseas)
6. Job Offer= From Human Resources In Canada
7. Employment Contract signed by you and your Employer in Canada
8. The Canadian Embassy Fee= $150 CDN (bank draft) cash is mot acceptable
9. Your Passport= be sure that it is valid at least 1 year or more
10. Police certificate where you are currently working
11. NBI Clearance in Philippines (Ask help from you relatives in the Philippines if you are overseas or you may contact the Philippine Consulate for procedure
II. After your Interview, The Embassy will give you a Form got Medical Examination to Designated Medical Practitioner near you.
III. Before the Canadian Embassy will issue your Visa to Canada you will Be asked for References Letter from your Currents Employer. If they can't provide you please contact us.
