Documents needed for hired applicants

 Hired applicants must prepare the following Original documents and submit to the Canadian Embassy near you to support your work application and visa to Canada.

1. Validation letter from the Human Resources in Canada
(job offer).

2. High school transcript and diploma.

3. College / University transcript and diploma.

4. Passport.

5. 2 recent passport size pictures.

6. Employment contract from your current employer.

7. Copy of the Caregiver Training Certificate attested by TESDA if you are in the Philippines.

8. Reference letter from your current employer.

9. Police clearance from the country you stayed for the last 6 months.

10. NBI clearance from the Philippines.

11. The Canadian Embassy fee ($ 150 CDN).

•After submitting these documents to the Canadian Embassy, wait for the letter of your interview schedule (be sure that you know all the contents in the contract).

• If you will pass the interview from the Canadian Embassy you will be asked to go for a medical examination to a designated Medical Practitioner (be sure you have the form for the medical with you before you leave the Canadian Embassy and before going to your medical test).

• Once you finish the medical and you pass it, the next step is waiting for your visa to Canada, so get ready for your personal belongings and your plane ticket.
